We are first come first serve for out customers, when you drop of your vehicle our diag possess may take up to 2-3 day before we can look at your vehicle then a estimate will be provided. Once we get the ok to repair the vehicle we will order the parts (parts may take some time to get) and we will pull the vehicle backing for the repairs.
